The program of studies of the Department of History (1985) is centred on history, that is on historical research and methodology for the analysis and interpretation of historical developments from antiquity to the present time.

The Department of Music Studies (1992), offers a 5year study programme with three specializations and produces professional composers, performers, music teachers and music technicians.

The Department of Informatics (2004) was founded within the framework of the Operational Programme for Education and Initial Vocational Training (O. P. "Education") and is in operation since the academic year 2004-05. The Department accepts students from the 2nd and 4th fields and trains them in theoretical and Applied Informatics.
